Shipping policy

**Currently we are experiencing longer shipping times due to COVID and processing delays**

We are currently only shipping Australia wide. Australian shipping is available free of charge for orders over $130.

Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. (Please double check correct email address has been provided)

Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped. Busy periods (sales, new releases, promotions and restocks) may incur in a longer processing and shipping time frame.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our customer service team.

Please note: After your order has been processed, we can not change any details. This includes changing the delivery address or payment methods. So please ensure details are correctly entered at the time of order.
